I personally attended club O2 every single night. The first night I was at Club O2 we weren't quite sure where it was. so my mother and two of her girlfriends walked me to it... how awkward was that! I went and was a few minutes late, sat down in the middle of the group of twenty to thirty teenagers. We started off by talking in front of the group introducing ourselves and some things we liked to do (ex. Hello my name is Russell I'm into Country music, this is my first time for a lot of things; flying, on a cruise, leaving the country). The supervisor Adrian was an amazing guy! He was twenty three and had a foreign accent. He made a great connection with the kids on the ship. Later that as a team (guys against girls) we played a game where we had to finish the lyrics to a song. During this game a kid named Dylan sat next to me. He was sixteen years old (only a year younger than me) he was clearly from the south judging by the hard-to-understand southern dawl (I live only a few hours from Canada in the northern parts of Michigan). Awkwardly we shook hands and then started talking. after club O2 got out Dylan two girls named Adrian and Casey and I hung out for the rest of the night. We played miniature golf and went to the restaurant Tiffanies. All night dylan and I talked and several times I was unintentionally mimicking his accent. By the end of the second night I was full out talking like him. Coming back home with a southern accent was the worst and now whenever I talk to somebody with a southern drawl, even for just a second, I will pick up again for hours.
